Smartloop Marketing ("the Service") is an AI-powered content creation and social media management platform operating in full autopilot mode. The Service automatically generates and distributes content across multiple social media platforms and blogging services including, but not limited to, Medium, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter/X, and Snapchat. Smartloop Marketing is developed and maintained by Tijger Software.

2. Content Rights and Responsibilities

By using Smartloop Marketing, you understand and agree that:

• Content generated by our AI remains your intellectual property once published
• You grant Smartloop Marketing full permission to automatically generate and post content on your behalf
• While operating in autopilot mode, content will be posted without prior review
• You can set content guidelines and parameters to control the AI's output
• You maintain the ability to delete or modify any posted content after publication
• You must have proper rights and permissions for any source material provided to our AI
• You accept responsibility for all automatically generated and posted content

3. Platform Connections

To use Smartloop Marketing's autopilot features, you must authorize us to access and post to your social media accounts. You:

• Must comply with each platform's terms of service
• Grant Smartloop Marketing ongoing permission to post content automatically
• Are responsible for maintaining valid login credentials
• Can revoke our access to your accounts at any time
• Understand that platform changes may affect our service functionality

4. Subscription and Payment

Smartloop Marketing offers various subscription tiers based on posting frequency and number of social media chains. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is created and posted automatically without human review
• While our AI is sophisticated, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or engagement levels
• Post scheduling depends on platform availability and API limits
• Content adaptation may vary by platform requirements
• You are responsible for monitoring and maintaining appropriate content guidelines
• Smartloop Marketing is not liable for any business impact from automated posts

6. Privacy and Data

Smartloop Marketing processes your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. This includes:

• Social media account access tokens
• Content preferences and brand voice settings
• Generated content and posting history
• Analytics and performance data

7. Custom Integration

Custom website integrations are provided through our parent company, Tijger Software. These services are subject to additional terms and agreements specific to the integration project.

8. Changes to Terms

Smartloop Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
